Vinnie has a Brain stem tumour called a Diffused Glioma. Vinnie has been having chemotherapy for the past 8 months and still has a while to go. Vinnie is doing amazing, this is all thanks to the Alder Hey oncology team and the NHS.
Vinnie recently against all odds started standing up and walking with the help of his Walker so as a Thank you to his heroes he is going to do 50 laps of the lane that is outside his house. Vinnie will start his 1st lap on the 8th May and complete by them 30th May which will be a year to the date that he was diagnosed.
