Hi, my name is Adam. I am starting a GoFundMe for my uncle who recently passed away. He passed away unexpectedly today at a hospital in Pittsburgh. He went in for heart surgery after some medical complications, and he was having a procedure when they ended up having to resort to open-heart surgery. Five and a half hours later, he came out of surgery and was sedated to heal. We were told the first 24-48 hours were the most critical.

We received a call at about 3:30 saying we should show up because he was not looking good. At 5:40 AM, we received the call that he had officially passed away. I'm seeking some help for his wife to help lay him to rest and have a proper burial service that this great man deserves. I'm helping with what I can, but a little extra help would be greatly appreciated.
