Vincent Price’s TPLO Surgery

So our sweet pup Vincent Price had a torn meniscus and needed surgery. He was signed up for pet insurance, but they are refusing to cover any of it.

I hate to ask for help, but my boyfriend got hit by a car this summer, so we already have a pile of human medical bills.
