Help Vincent Get to College – He’s Done Everything Right, But He Needs a Hand

Hi, my name is Will Stroeder, and I’m reaching out on behalf of a remarkable young man named Vincent. Vincent has worked incredibly hard to earn his place at college, but now he’s facing a major hurdle — and he needs our help to get over it.

Vincent's dream of attending college is within reach, but due to financial barriers, he’s at risk of losing his spot. Like many students, he’s relying on OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program) to cover tuition and expenses. But to even apply for OSAP, he first had to obtain a birth certificate and SIN number — a process that took weeks of determination, paperwork, and patience.

Now, with the OSAP application submitted, there’s another urgent challenge: OSAP funds won’t arrive in time to cover the mandatory payments due in June. Without help, Vincent could lose his chance to start school this fall.

Here’s what’s due:

$10,000 for residence, with the first payment due June 15th

A tuition deposit, due June 16th

We’re doing everything we can to support him — helping him set up a bank account, track down resources, and plan for the school year. But we can’t cover this alone.
