Dearest Friends and Family,

We are absolutely crushed with the passing of arguably one of the best men on the planet. Anyone who knew Vince knows the impact he had on so many. His heart was so big and warming, he would always go the extra mile to help someone in need. His impact was felt everywhere he went. From his four children, to his nieces and nephews, grandkids spanning the country, friends and family in Mexico, and even classmates from the Air Force Academy, they can all confirm the breadth of generosity and the lengths he would go through to lend a helping hand -- even the many troubled youth benefited from Vince's volunteer work with a Boy Scout troop comprised of these boys who were incarcerated for their actions. He was even recognized with the Florida Governor's Points of Light award for his exceptional contributions and volunteering with that organization.

As such, I'm here asking for help with his final expenses. Dad didn't have a life insurance policy or any stashed away emergency fund. With inflation on the rise and the ever-increasing costs, we simply are not equipped to bear this burden on our own. Our family would be very appreciative of your financial support in lieu of flowers or cards. Anything in excess of his final expenses will be donated to the Pike's Peak Council of the Boy Scouts of America - a worthy organization that he was so fond of and supported fully.
