Help Honor My Dad’s Final Wishes

Hi, my name is Mary Iacono and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My dad passed away recently, and unfortunately, his life insurance policy lapsed last year, leaving us with no funds to cover his funeral expenses.

My dad always expressed his wish to be buried, not cremated. It meant a lot to him, and I want more than anything to honor those wishes. But right now, I simply don’t have the means to make that happen on my own.

I’m setting up this fundraiser in the hopes that, with your help, we can give him the respectful burial and memorial service he deserves. If we’re unable to raise enough, we may have to consider cremation — something he didn’t want, and a decision that’s tearing me apart.
