We’re heartbroken to share that Ingrow Cricket Club has fallen victim to senseless vandalism. After countless hours of hard work, our small community club recently completed a £1,000 renovation of the cricket square — a vital investment to ensure a safe and high-quality playing surface for our teams.

Sadly, that effort was destroyed overnight when vandals drove bikes across the pitch, donuting and tearing up the square just weeks after this work was completed.

Ingrow Cricket Club is run entirely by volunteers, relying on the support of our local community to keep the game alive for everyone in the area. Every pound we raise goes straight back into maintaining our ground and providing opportunities for everyone to enjoy cricket and our facilities.

We’re now asking for your help to repair the damage and implement preventive measures in place in order for this to be the last occurrence. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward reseeding, levelling, and protecting the square so our players can get back to doing what they love.

Let’s show that community spirit is stronger than mindless vandalism.

Please donate if you can — and help us get Ingrow back to where it can be!
