More information about Villa Desiderata Inc: The exempt purpose is to facilitate retreats and meetings that provide guidance and instruction for daily living.
This facility has been hosting retreats for those suffering addictions since 1975. These retreats are geared to help others who are struggling to hold onto life within a community setting without regard to one's financial status. Bro. Pat Drohan, a Viatorian, has been living and working there since 1963 when it was a Viatorian Retreat House. Bro. Pat continues the Viatorian presence lads this side since 1955. Bro. Pat Drohan maintains the facility and the grounds and is most appreciated by the local community.  
At the present time, due to the Corona-Virus, the retreats are on hold. There is a need therefore to find funds to maintain the site, located on Pistakee Bay. Your assistance will enable the Community of Volunteers who staff and administer this site to hang on for the duration of this crisis.  Many thanks and God Bless you for any and all assistance.
