In Memory of Maestro Vilard Anglade

For those who have asked how you can support the Anglade family, we (their friends) have established this fund to ease the financial burden that comes with  expenses of planning for an unexpected death.

Early Sunday morning of March 1, 2020 Villard Anglade passed suddenly.  We are so saddened by his unexpected transition. He was a good man.

Our hearts ache for his wife Ange, children and family.  Our community in the DC, Maryland, Virginia areas, Rockland County New York and beyond will never be the same without his presence.  We have been deeply impacted by the loss of a man of God, husband, father, true friend, mentor, teacher and hero.

Widely known as Professor Anglade, he served in every church in our community and placed his musical talent and gift at the disposition of EVERYONE.  He was a connector and was able to bring unity among leaders by the way he served and the consistency that he exemplified. He was loved and appreciated by many and we will miss him.

Professor Anglade worked tirelessly as a gifted musician and owned a construction and home renovation company. For decades he trained and taught musicians to become leaders.  He led choirs around the nation as a Maestro. He worked long hours daily because he wanted to provide for his family, deliver the care that his students and clients deserved.

Since his death the community has been hit hard by the news and flooded with stories of remembrance of the love that everyone has for him.  He will be missed.

We pray the Lord will touch his family in a special way.  In lieu of flowers we are requesting a donation in memory of the dedication this servant leader showed towards our families and ministries.

He will be remembered for the way he loved us and how he was able to show it.  Still today we hear the testimony of the lives he has impacted and helped over the years.

It is in these times of loss and sadness that we can come together to help one another and to honor the memory of one who gave his all to help our community.  We are thankful for his example and any support you may be able to give.  Thank you.
