At 30 weeks, Viktor Miletic was born in a twin pregnancy. Until the last moment before birth, he was a healthy baby. But because of the great irresponsibility of doctors, they didnt reccomend or do a Caesarean section immediately after the water broke, rather let natural childbirth start 2 days after checking in at the hospital. Because of their actions and negligence, little Viktor was born with Cerebral Palsy. Due to a severe and long delivery, Viktor has experienced Intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH), which is bleeding of the brain. There are four types of IVH. These are called "grades" and are based on the degree of bleeding. Viktor has experienced the 3rd and 4th stages. (III / IV degree) The doctors' forecasts were terrible: from being unlikely to survive to the fact that he will never walk, talk , or understand the environment ... Due to his complications, they suggested to leave him at an orphanage and focus their attention on his twin brother. But Viktor is a great fighter, who with great determiniation and therapy started walking at the age of two. Mental function, as well as speech, have been his strongest suits. His biggest problems are his motor skills and stability. Cerebral Palsy is not a disease, but a state, which means it requires continuous therapy that unfortunately costs a ton of money. Viktor is an ideal candidate for surgery in St. Loius, Missouri, which would improve his life quality and the life of his family. The goal is to have him grow up and enjoy his childhood playing sports, making friends, going to school. Unfortunately, the cost between the surgery and the required 2 months of therapy, plane tickets, and living quarters, it is around $80,000. His friends and family hope to raise as much as possible for little Viktor.
