Hello everyone, Vijay Kumar is my cousin, he is just 30 years old and he is fighting for his life. In 2017 both his kidneys failed because of chronic kidney disease. He is staying with his family in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. His father sells vegetables for their livelihood. He needs to undergo kidney transplantation at the earliest to extend his life. Transplantation costs 20Lakhs INR which they cannot afford because of debts and poor financial background.
