Hi, I'm Mark Anthony Vigo, but many of you know me as "Vigo Hard BK".  Today I am happy to announce that I have been accepted into VONA: the Voices of Our Nation Arts foundation, Writer's Workshop Program at the University of Miami, in June! This is going to be a major milestone in my life as a writer of poetry, prose, and memoir. For me, this is one of my biggest dreams, come true!  I've been writing since I was a teenager,  composing & performing rap songs. But over the years my writing has increasingly developed; going from mere scribblings, to full-blown epic poems, monologues, essays, and short stories. All, of which, have covered the entire scope of my life, one line at a time.  Another dream of mine, is to get my first book published, and being selected to take part in this year's VONA program, is another huge step for me, in that direction. This is where I could use your help in covering, or at least offsetting most of the costs involved  in the pursuit of that dream.  So now, I'm kindly asking you for that help, to make this dream of mine, a reality.  I need you to help me get there! From the bottom of my heart; any contributions that you make towards this endevour, will be so greatly appreciated.
