Vietnamese orphanage funds

Hello! We are Simon Palmore and Dan Huynh, and this summer we will be traveling to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to study the relationship between American companies and the Vietnamese people. As a part of our study, we will be visiting two orphanages: the Birla Children's Village in Hanoi, and the Mai Tam Shelter for HIV/AIDS positive orphans in Ho Chi Minh City.
Every dollar donated to these organizations means the world. Vietnam is a developing country without the same social safety nets that we enjoy in the US; non-profits like these are therefore integral to the poor and at-risk populations of Vietnam.
We would love to be able to arrive at these two orphanages this summer with generous donations from our own community in the DC area so that we can best help poor and at-risk communities in Vietnam.
