Vietnam Vet's Tax Crisis: Need Help

I am a 100% VA disabled Vietnam veteran. I am currently surviving on SSA & my disability and my oldest daughter lives with me. I live in an apartment in Springville Utah. I have been going through a tax relief company and was recently informed that I owe over $22,000 in back taxes due to some errors in reporting back in 2017 & 2018. Even though I am living on social security and VA disability I was told that I don't qualify for any reduction in my tax liability. We have been dealing with the IRS for over 6 years now with no sort of consideration for my current state. I am also working with a debt relief company which is now costing me over $800 / month. The IRS will not consider that as an expense. I am also paying on a Small Business loan which is taking forever to pay off. I am not sure what I am going to do. I desperately need your help.
