Homer Morgan’s beloved wife of 48 years Charlene suffered a stroke a few months ago. She remains in a physical rehab hospital where she continues to regain her mobility. She is unable to speak and has a long road back to having basic physical abilities such as eating, drinking and dressing herself. She recently suffered a setback. Homer is at the hospital 24/7 and sleeps in a recliner chair to be by his wife’s side.  He’s reluctant to even take a 30 minute dinner break, for fear of being away from his wife. Homer is a proud man and would never ask for assistance. This medical emergency has been a huge financial strain since he is away from work on unpaid leave caring for his wife. Homer is a retired U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, serving 2 tours in Vietnam and served our country for 31 years! Let’s pay it forward to Homer and Charlene in their time of need.
