Support Vietnam Veteran Alex Boksan in Finding Safe Shelter

Alex Boksan is a 79-year-old Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War. After his military service, he worked over 30 years in construction and was once a golf pro. He’s also spent years sponsoring and supporting others in Alcoholics Anonymous, helping people find their way through recovery—including individuals who credit him with changing their lives.

Now, Alex is facing his own crisis.

Due to serious health issues and financial hardship, he is currently living in his car in Michigan—battling illness and instability, with nowhere safe to recover.

This fundraiser was created to help provide Alex with:

Safe, stable housing

Basic essentials like food, clothing, and hygiene

Support for medical needs and transportation

A foundation for long-term stability

Alex has spent a lifetime giving to others—through service, work, and mentorship.
