VIETNAM VET OF 22 YEARS LEFT PENNILESS BY WIFE

We are seeking funding for end of life and funeral expenses for my brother, Paul J Libonati. He is a retired Vietnam Vet, serving 22 years in the Military, and is 100% disabled. Paul doesn't have much time left. He is being put on continuous care so it may be a matter of days. We are in need of assistance with end of life care and final expenses. He has been under Hospice care since February 2021. His wife of 15 years has just abandoned him after taking all of his money out of the bank, cutting him off from his VA Disability, his Military Retirement, as well as his Social Security benefits. Now my niece and I are taking care of him 24/7. We've tried for weeks to reach the VA but have been unsuccessful thus far. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
