In April 2026, I will be running the Vienna City Marathon to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

In September, I felt a lump in my breast which I had removed the next day. A pathology report diagnosed me with a tumour in my chest wall- something this charity and its specialists helped to diagnose and re-excise in a second surgery.

Breast cancer awareness has always been a topic important to me- with statistics suggesting 1 in 7 women in the UK will experience some form of breast cancer in their lifetimes.

Regular breast checks, alongside testicular checks are so important- yet are often ignored. My brother and I have both suffered from tumours at the age of 19, and I cannot stress enough, if something feels wrong, please get it checked.

Please feel free to donate to this charity. You will be funding leading specialists (like the soft tissue cancer specialist that I saw), life-saving research on cancer treatments, early diagnosis, and the clinicians and researchers at The Royal Marsden. It also goes towards state-of-the-art equipment and technology needed for this research.
