Hello Everyone,

Many know what happened to my 22 year old Son, Victor on 1/28/23. He was poisoned and went into Cardiac Arrest. Proper CPR was administered, 911, EMT's, E.R., ICU. The Team of Doctors and Nurses were beyond amazing, and my Son Survived, By the Grace of God.

What he has endured has been terrifying. He was intubated for 5 days, with 50% Oxygen assist, and stepped down 5% each day. When he was extubated, he looked at me and said "Hi Ma". I almost passed out from joy. I never left his side.

17 days in ICU, the MRI, CT, EEG all showed no Acute Abnormalies. He has a long road to recovery, due to a suspected Anoxic Brain Injury. He is firing on all cylinders. After the Step Down Unit, and Acute inpatient Rehab, I was able to bring him home 8/5/23.

My son requires 24/7 hands on care, by me his Mom. I started stocking up in March, on Medical supplies he was going to need. I work remotely. After 7 months of lost income, I need help. After paying my Mortgage, Utilities, groceries, there's nothing left to replenish his supplies needed. My Savings is depleted.

His ongoing needs for in-home supplies are not covered by Insurance. Bedding Materials, Undergarments, Bed Chucks, Mattress Protectors (he has night terrors, and they get ripped up) Hygiene products- to keep Peg tube clean.

Supplements/Holistic- Lion's Mane-Malama, Reishi, Liquid-IV, Nordic Liquid Omega-3, Neuro Nector, Krill, D-3 10,000 iu, Magnesium, Zinc, and several more. Muscle Milk, Protein Powders in the Nutri-Bullet for his Breakfast Shake.

On going P.T, O.T., Speech-T, They come to my home. Victor knows who he is, and is putting in the hard work daily on his recovery journey. He walks, talks, eats, reads, writes. his Math is intact. Doctors all say Time, he will recover, however he is currently Disabled. I am his legal Guardian.

Being a Caregiver 24/7 is no easy task. I have applied for Respite Care, and All services he qualifies for, back in February. My/his application was not acknowledged until 5/6/23 and the Processing of it takes a year. So May 2024 those benefits will begin. That is then, This is Now. I need Help.

A couple of Friends suggested to do a Go Fund Me, so here we are.
