Those who got to spend any amount of time with Victor know what a wonderful person he was. He would give you his last without a second thought. He was full of life, optimism, and joy. He was funny, caring, loving with a big heart. He had so much love for everyone. He was recently diagnosed with heart failure and suddenly passed on October 5, 2022.
