Hi friends and family, as many of you know I am a freshman studying Sport Management at Florida State University! In the last couple of months I have become a student manager for FSU’s Women’s Basketball team and I am now an intern for Seminole Sports Marketing. I have been working hard to excel in my future career and have been trying to take advantage of every opportunity I can get a hold of. As a result, I’m excited to announce that I will be studying abroad in London and Spain under Florida State University’s Global Sport Management program this Summer 2023. Although this is an amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity, it’s very costly. This trip is really important to me because as a Sport Management major I will be able to network with major professionals in the industry, study and learn about how the industry works in a different country, and gain connections that will be beneficial in the long run.
Your donations will go towards funding:
-Trip to Madrid Tour of sports facilities around Valencia & London including: Mestalla Stadium, America’s Cup, the Premiere League Stadium, and the 2012 Olympic Facilities in London
-Meet with executives from sports organizations
-Attend Wimbledon and/or the historic Open Championship (dependent on timing/availability)
-Overnight trip to Liverpool
