Vic's Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
Victoria is a motivated, and a compassionate woman full of life. She’s a daughter, sister, wife, aunt, granddaughter, friend and engineer, who is always willing to help. She dreams with traveling the world, advancing her career, starting a family, and of course, always living life to the fullest.
As of September last year she started a new chapter in her life - marriage! Who new that the UK would be providing us with a new brother, Tom is a great addition to our family, we love him!
The story of how we became acquinted with CANCER goes something like this:
Victoria has always tried to stay active and fit, so when she started having pain in her knee three years ago, she thought she injured it. The past six months, the pain progressed to the point where she was unable to sleep at night. Her knee swelled up and she had difficulty walking.
After several visits to the doctor's office, a poor diagnosis, and a busy Christmas season we got the unexpected news; Victoria's knee pain had nothing to do with a sports injury, a malignant tumor had grown from her femur bone. After further analysis, biopsies and every other medical procedure under the sun, she has been diagnosed with Triple Hit Diffuse Large B Cell, Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.
This unexpected diagnosis has affected us all, especially Victoria's personal, emotional and professional life.
She will be admitted to the hospital for five days repeating every 23 days to monitor the Da-Epoch-R treatment she will receive.
Since her diagnosis, her medical bills along with other
costs have been accumulating. We anticipate more expenses to come.
Amidst this heartbreaking journey, there is still joy in her life, being constantly surrounded by her husband, family and friends across the world. Victoria is optimistic about the treatment available. She is determined to fight and win this battle against cancer.
Please keep her and our family in your prayers. Help us spread the word.
We appreciate any amount you are able to help with, in fighting Victoria's battle against cancer!
Thank you so much for taking the time reading her story.
Help us stick it to cancer!
