I am 56 years young, a wife, mother, grandmother, and woman of deep faith currently walking through treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer. By the grace of God, the journey to complete six months of chemotherapy is coming to an end, and I am incredibly grateful. As one chapter closes, a new journey begins. I am now preparing for surgery and possibly radiation, along with the continued healing and recovery that comes with it. While I remain strong in spirit, this season has required time away from work, increased medical needs, and ongoing physical recovery.
I truly appreciate everyone who has shown up for me — past and present. Your prayers, messages, meals, rides, and encouragement have meant more than words can express. Prayerfully, this village of beautiful souls will continue to stand with me as I move into this next phase of healing. Please know: You are not obligated to give. Your prayers, love, and simply sharing this page are just as meaningful. If you feel led to support financially, your kindness will help lighten the load for my family and me during this time. Funds received will be used for medical and treatment-related expenses, surgery and recovery needs, transportation to appointments, household bills during time off work, and nutrition, wellness, and healing support.
