Victoria "Vickey" Tedford passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29th at the Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Round Rock. She had the biggest heart ever, loves to talks to everyone and fought a good fight with her health conditions.
Unfortunately, she does not have life insurance. Her family is asking for financial assistant to help with the funeral expenses.
