Keep Victor Moving

This all-terrain four wheeled wonder will  keep Victor Enns moving lickedty split, indoors and out after the below the left knee amputation on April 5th. He will stand tall in Manitoba's Interlake, keeping pace with  Vikings. Any funds beyond the $600.00 cost of the Knee-Walker will be used for his accessibility and mobility improvements.
