Hello, my name is Victoria Tolbert, and on October 7, 2025, my father, Victor Tolbert , suddenly transitioned into heaven. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and unfortunately, he was too ill to do any chemo or radiation treatment. It got to the point there was nothing the doctors could do. My dad leaves behind 4 children and 4 grandchildren who are deeply saddened by this unexpected loss. I loved my dad and I need help trying to lay him to rest in the best way possible
