im organizing this for my sister in law Gisela.

I’m writing with such a heavy heart full of pain. Tonight, we lost a son, brother, nephew and grandson. My brothers wife lost her son Victor Tobias Soto in a tragic accident that should have never happened. Yesterday my nephew said goodbye to his mom for the last time. It was a

regular Sunday afternoon. He went to meet up with a friend but he never

made it. He was tragically killed by

someone who stole a car and caused

a horrific accident. Victor was only 14 yrs old.

With a bright future and such a big

heart for his mother and older sister.

He was such a handsome. He was definitely the definition of a strong young man. He will be greatly missed. We love you Victor!
