I am writing to you today to let you know about the passing of our beloved Victor recently on February 17,2021. Victor was an amazing spouse and best friend to his wife and the most supportive and loving father his kids can ask for. Victor was such a bright soul that touched the lives of those around him. Now, he leaves his family due to COVID-19.
Victor Guzman Jr was an amazing man but let us share what he was to all of us not just one.
Bibi (daughter): Victor was honestly my knight in shining armor/ my protector. He was a father figure that I wouldn't have traded in the whole world. He always was able to understand, protect and love me for me and now my dad isn't going to be there to walk me down my aisle or meet his future grandkids.... I just wish he was here for one last hug.. one more time where he pinched my cheeks.. one last kiss on the forehead. I’ll miss you
Vicky (daughter): For me, he represented how the world should be. He showed me love and food. He had so much patience for me.
Gabby (Son): For me, he represented half of my world. He showed me how I should see the world and how to live in it. Also, everything I wouldn't like he would make it fun and take me on new adventures.
Manny (son): My dad was the treasure that you never thought was true. He one of a kind, you'll never find someone so outstanding and loveable like him. Guzie was dedicated, hard-working, and always knew how to make one smile.
Cathy (daughter): Vic was the glue to our family and I was blessed to have him as my step pops. At the age of 8, he proudly took the role of my father and always protected me and loved me as if I was his own. From being present in graduations, to birthdays, to christmases to taking us to appointments and school, he did it all. I sit here reminiscing how humble and caring he was and I just wish I could hear him call me chunky monkey one more time or give him one final goodbye hug.
We need help to give this amazing man a funeral and burial that he well deserved. We are trying to earn at least 7,000 I know it seems a lot but we will take any contributions. My aunt from my mom side Magaly Méndez bravo is the beneficiary of this fundraiser and will be taking out the money to pay off the funeral and burial on the family behalf. Victor was an amazing brother in law for her and she wanted to help my mom and family during our hard time that she is helping my mom with the finances on this fundraiser... this was a tragic loss for all of us
