Victor was shot and killed today in Jurupa Valley and the suspect is still at large. His parents and his 16 year old daughter are in Spain and are flying in on the next available flight at an extreme cost.
We are trying to raise some money for them for funeral services and to help pay the cost of the flights for his parents and daughter.
