Hi My name is Rosemary Villescaz, speaking on behalf of my family. We lost , yet another member of our family, our brother, Tio, Cousin, Nephew, Son, friend, Victor "Lil V" Villescaz. Unexpectedly was taken from this life to rest in peace in the Heavens. We are starting a Go Fund Me account to raise money for services here in the next few days.
