Victor passed away suddenly last week after struggling with medical issues due to diabetes. His heart was just tired. Victor was special. He was very talented at writing and playing music and poetry.  He had an amazing sense of humor, loved to tell jokes and could make us laugh till we hurt. I will forever miss sharing inside jokes and experiences that only a close brother and sister could have. Now he is at peace with our sister in Heaven. I am setting up this fund in hopes of easing some of the monetary and emotional issues that have arisen for my parents. Thank you for all of your love and support.
