Let’s help cover Victor Janflone's medical costs

Hi. My name is Zach, and I'm fundraising for my friend Victor Janflone. After a bout with colon cancer in 2021, Victor was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer a few months ago. He is now unable to work and has no income to pay his medical bills and rent. Unfortunately, it will be months before he can claim any social security payments. So we gotta help Vic!

Victor is a musician and a lover of music and art. His music background got him involved with stagehand work, where he became a proud member of the stagehands union, IATSE Local #3. Backstage is where I met Vic, and he would often work with me doing audio. Vic became my go-to guy, and landed a job working with us at Pittsburgh Public Theater. He was proud to have an artistic home with the theater, and flawlessly executed sound, lights, and backstage responsibilities for hundreds (if not thousands) of performances. His reliability and dedication makes everyone's job easier! Vic and I worked side by side for close to 20 years, and I hope he gets back to work soon!

Victor loves being around artists and musicians and poured that love into creating his own public television show, "Arts and Music with Victor Janflone." Victor has a knack for finding interesting artists from all over the world and inviting them on his show. His appreciation for his guests is palpable, and his show was picked up by several other public television stations across the country.
