As we mourn this loss, we are also faced with the daunting task of arranging a fitting farewell for a man who meant so much to us all.

Victor was a cherished father, brother, friend, and uncle. His infectious laughter and unwavering support brightened the lives of everyone he got to meet. He was always making everyone laugh at themselves and with each other. His most precious gift to this world is his beautiful daughters, Bella and Emma. These expenses have placed a significant strain on our family, and we are reaching out to our friends and family for help during this difficult time.
