Victor going to college in America

Hi everyone!

I’m incredibly excited to be returning to Gainesville, Florida from my home in Scandinavia to continue my education abroad. After an unforgettable exchange experience at PK Yonge, I fell in love with the community, the friendships I built, and the academic opportunities I found in the U.S.

This summer, I worked hard to earn my GED, and I’m proud to share that I’ve now been accepted to Santa Fe College as an international student! I’ll be starting my Associate Degree this August — the first step toward my dream of transferring to the University of Florida to complete my degree in architecture.

My family and I are covering my travel, housing, and living expenses for the next two years, but as an international student, my tuition and book costs are significantly higher. That’s where I need your help.

I’m raising funds to help cover:

Tuition fees

Required textbooks and course materials

Supplies for architecture classes (design tools, software, etc.)

I'm a dedicated and hard-working student, and I’m deeply committed to making the most of this opportunity. I want to be part of building a more sustainable and thoughtful future through architecture — and I’m ready to put in the work to earn it.

Outside the classroom, I’m also planning to start a jazz fusion band with friends in Gainesville — so supporting this dream might even get you a concert invite!
