He is homeless and currently awaiting insurance money that could take years to win!

The THREE drivers who hit him that day NEVER STOPPED!!!

He just needs help to get back on his feet again.  A fresh start to a new lease on life!

Some background... My name is Michelle, I'm from Guelph. Victor and I
have never met before. He had no idea I was setting this up for him!

We spoke today on the phone for the first time (Aug 20/19). He was very surprised
and happy that complete strangers were willing to step up and lend a hand...

Once the target is met we plan on meeting in person.
