On February 4th 2020 Victor was riding his bike after school with friends, when he was tragically struck by a car and left for dead on the roadside...a victim of a hit-and-run... only 16 years old and his life has been taken from him, such a tragic and senseless death... Victor was a great student and loved playing in the band at Royal High School...he will be greatly missed by his family and friends in Brookshire and Pattison Tx. Any money raised will go to his family to help cover the expense of his burial and funeral...
