This story is about my friend Victor Butorin, who passed away suddenly, leaving behind his wife Leyla Rudenko and her mother. They are in very difficult financial situation that inspires me to ask for help for this family.
Victor was born in January 1964, during the Krushev era in the USSR. His family had a very harsh living condition. When Victor was 7 years old, his family moved to Estonia. He spent his childhood and teen years as well as his young adulthood in Estonia. He experienced all the devastating life under communist regime, so he decided to immigrate to the USA. It was not easy at the beginning, but he wasn’t afraid of the new challenges. He overcame them and lived a happy life in the USA. He met his wife here and married her in 2009. Both of them were taking care of Leyla’s sick mother. In March of 2017, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. In December 2017, doctors implanted radioactive capsules in his body to battle cancer. It was a very painful procedure. He experienced excruciating pain. Victor was very strong and he never complained and tried not to bother anyone. During the last 3 months his condition worstened. Doctors still were fighting with his sickness. But unfortunately, his fight ended today, July 15 2019.
Victor will be remembered as great person. Always funny and enjoying to be among not only his friends, but among all people. His friends always admired and respected him. He had a great heart and deep soul. He was a great and loving husband.
His family are in needs of the financial assistance to deal with all the bearing procedures. So, if you can contribute any amount, it would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely
Michael Solovyev and best friends.
