My family again has been struck with a devastating and unexpected lost. Despite what you have heard or read VICTOR ANDRADE; my brother, who is also someone’s son, someone’s life partner & a father to my nephew- who now, will never get to know him, was one of the kindest and loving people you would ever meet.
On behalf of his mother, I am asking for our communities support with laying his body to rest. This world took both of her sons away in the same year, the least we can do is assist her with laying them to rest peacefully.
