Victor and Hannah Headstone

Thank you for the kind donations. We have exceeded the target so I will ensure the additional funds go towards a flower holder which is missing and buying flowers once the headstone is renovated. Many thanks my wonderful family xxx

Im asking for your help to get grandma and grandads headstone fixed back in place.

The headstone was moved from its resting place when the tree toppled over in the winter.

Luckily it didn’t break but needs some restoration to remove the existing concrete and then erect it back in it’s original place.

The church and council aren’t responsible for repairs so it falls to family to deal with.

As it is it at present it risks further damage as it’s not secure.

The total cost of repairs is as follows

£300 for restoration and re-erection.

£300 for lettering and cleaning of the headstone.

Ive had two quotes and this is the best from Stonemasons in Blyth.

Im hoping we can raise enough to do both bits of work but if not we will be aiming for the erecting of the headstone.

Grateful for any donations no matter how small I know how tough times are for people but the little donations add up so thank you xxx
