Meet Victor!

Victor is a spunky, and very quirky, six year old orange tabby cat. He loves catnip, climbing on his cat tree, and his sister Bea.

Victor and Bea were adopted at six months old, and have been a bonded pair since. Victor has always been a very loving cat, with a quirky attitude. He has always been incredibly attached to his dad, Alex, and his sister, Bea. Victor has always loved his dad very much, and would cry whenever he went to work! He is a big cuddlebug and is happiest when he is getting all of dad's attention.

At the end of July, it became clear something was wrong with Victor. He was in pain, crying, and unable to function. Alex took him to the emergency vet, and it turns out he had a severe urinary blockage. He was seen by the clinic, and they were able to clear the blockage, and things seemed to be okay. Unfortunately, only a couple of days later, Victor was in pain again. He was crying, and again unable to function. He was taken back to the clinic, and they then referred him to another vet in Collingwood to get an emergency surgery to remove the blockages for good.

Victor has been through a lot, but is now free from any urinary blockages for the time being. Unfortunately, his emergency vet visit and time at the vet in Collingwood has been very expensive. We are seeking to raise funds to help pay for the surgery, which was paid for on credit. The total cost of both emergency vet visit and Collingwood vet visit was $8000.00 CAD.
