Victim of Fraud and Identity Theft Please Help

In an attempt to pay off some medical bills, I fell for a scam that led to identity theft that led to 10s of thousands of dollars being stolen from my account and any accounts linked to my account (like my mom's savings). I have to change my bank , close accounts and literally change every password on the internet.
Believe me, I am way more than heartsick to say this as I feel like I am so smart, and yet this was so stupid. And now the only fix left to me is bankruptcy. To file for bankruptcy (ironically), costs thousands of dollars too. I know this is a horribly difficult time for everyone. And believe me, asking for this from any of you is embarrassing, vulnerable and saddens me greatly. If you can spare any amount that would greatly help.
To repay all of the money from the accounts linked to mine plus to pay just for the bankruptcy is over $10,000. I am so sad and so sorry to ask, but I have tried every single option I can think of and this is what I am left with.
