I am a victim of Domestic Violence and coercive control. Throughout my marriage, I was controlled and abused.

I was silent, but those around me noticed it, and they could testify that this is true. As a result, I escaped to a shelter and obtained a restraining order against my husband. We are now going through a messy divorce.

The restraining order protects me until 1-3-2023 and gives me the right to stay in the house until then and rent it. My husband was ordered to move out under the restraining order. On June 24, 2022, my husband illegally obtained an order to throw me out of the home. by July 9, 2022, and he will control the entire sale. I have no funds to move and have nowhere to go. I have no car either.

My husband was ordered to pay me $1,680 per month effective 10-1-2019. From then until now, he paid only one month. He claims that he has no money and is homeless. The truth is that my husband stole all my Corona stimulus. He filed taxes on my behalf without my knowledge or consent. He is collecting all the pension and spending the community on his multiple girlfriends.

He refuses to give me my Get (Jewish Divorce) and is still controlling me in any aspect. He claims to be homeless, but he sits in restaurants with his girlfriends and stays in fancy hotels. His sister, Lillian Ross, claimed that he harmed her physically and that he had threatened to kill her. She also said that she would put a restraining order against him in New Jersey. Lillian just passed away on June 25, 2022. She will be buried tomorrow on, June 30, 2022, because of an autopsy. My understanding is that they had a big fight and that she left a request that he won't be in her funeral. As you can understand from what you read here, my life and safety are in danger physically, financially, emotionally and in other aspects. I will provide proof is anyone needs it. I need to move out and get a civil rights attorney that will protect
