Coach Vicky has qualified 4th going into the Asia CrossFit Championship! This is against the likes of some former Games athletes. This is her best shot at seeing how she stacks up to some of the best in the world.  She does have some pressure as the reining champion of this events former name, although this year the competition is a bit tougher given that a ticket to the CrossFit Games is on the line for the winner.  Let's all show her our support!

Given the nature of this event this year, she would like to bring a small team along with her to help with prep, recovery, etc and of this all costs money.  Any small amount of support will make a difference #madebyasphodel.
