This GoFundMe has been created for our beloved co-worker, friend, aunt, sister, mother and grand-mother, Vicki Hebert.  

As many of you already know Vicki has been suffering from cardiac related health issues for some time now.  She has been on a rollercoaster ride for months trying to exhaust all of her options, but unfortunately she is now at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL where she is awaiting a heart transplant. 

Sadly enough, this is not completely new territory for the family, as they have already been through this once before with Vicki's brother, our beloved Uncle Dave., who devastatingly and unexpectedly lost his own battle with heart disease in August 2019.  

Vicki has devoted her life to caring for other people.  She worked as a cardiac ICU nurse for 34 years all the  while caring for her own elderly parents and raising her 2 sons, Beau and Brian.  Now it's time for us to return all of the love and support that Vicki has shown to all of us and so many others over the years.  

Heart transplants come with so many expenses outside of the surgery and hospital stay itself.  Vicki will need to stay in Jacksonville for 2-4 months after her surgery for intensive follow up care from The Mayo Clinic - we need help providing her and her primary caregiver with a comfortable and safe place to stay during her recovery.  We will also need help covering the cost food, gas,  and of course,  her lifetime medications and so much more. 

So how can you help?

First, by sending Vicki all the love, support and prayers that you can muster!

Second, please donate whatever you can to support Vicki in her fight!  Re-occurring, monthly donations would be most helpful right now, but honestly every little bit helps and is dearly appreciated!  

Third, please add this fundraiser to all of your social media accounts and forward to friends and family.  The more people we can make aware of Vicki's situation the better!

Vicki just recently retired and has so much life left to live.  Her 5 grand-children are counting on us to find her the support she needs so she can finally sit-back, relax and enjoy the life that she worked so hard to enjoy!!
