Vicki is only 56 years old and went to Beaver Local. She resides in New Waterford with her husband Brian Ellis for the past 35 years. 

As most of you may know my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 small cell lung cancer just before Christmas. This came out of nowhere and was a huge shock to us all. What she thought going to the hospital for broken rids turned into finding a mass in her lung that has turned out to be cancer. She has just started Chemo this week and radiation will follow. The doctors are confident they caught it in time and as long as they can contain it to the lung, she can beat this.

My mom was working at Hampton Woods in Poland as an STNA full time and has since been off due to her diagnosis. My dad, Brian Ellis, and I have been alternating getting her to the doctors but he to has miss worked.

My mom is a very loving and giving person. She enjoys making people laugh, sitting by a fire, and talking about her grandkids. As you may know she’s one of a kind. 

My mom and dad would never ask for help so I will for them. I would really like to lighten the burden on her and my dad when it comes to her medical bills that are continuing to pile up as you can imagine.  I figured I’d start a go fund me page for her now and have intentions on a benefit dinner when she’s feeling up to it. My mom is a warrior to say the least. Her fight is our fight! Please only give what you can. Anything is appreciated. Thank you again.
