The Vibe Scholarship Fund

Growing up in Boston, my best memories were of me cheerleading in high school. Moving from the suburbs to fast paced Boston was a struggle. I was bullied which made me isolate myself, impacting my social life. Even being a part of a prestigious dance school for several years I still felt singled out, having made a few lasting friendships. However, when I joined my high school cheerleading team, I finally found a space to be me. Being on a team of like-minded female student athletes made me feel welcomed, and more importantly that I belonged.

Elite Vibe Athletics will be Boston's newest and talented All Star Cheer team! With our 3 principals: Athleticism, Mental Wellness and Academics, EV Athletics' purpose is to instill in our athletes that “Elite is not just a level, it's a mindset” by promoting positive self-body image, healthy minds, sportsmanship and most of all positive confidence while learning and executing the sport of cheerleading.

 All Star Cheerleading is considered an elite sport often leaving inner city and urban children unable to participate. . Our Vibe Scholarship Fund was created to help families cover the cost associated with participation. We never want to turn an athlete away because they are unable to pay. By donating to our Vibe Scholarship Fund, you are helping an athlete and her family cover the cost of a uniform or fees and ensuring that they will be able to reach their full potential without the burden of financial challenges. Help us fund our team as we build a dynasty of confident and talented young athletes representing the City of Boston!

*UPDATE! We have started our 1st competition season and have already brought home 2- 1st Place, a 2nd Place win in New Jersey and a bid to Lanakila Championship in Charleston, South Carolina! Donating will give our athletes a chance to improve their skills and use their talent to travel!
