A major initiative sponsored by Connecting4Communities to transform the dark and gloomy Morgan Viaduct underpass into a gorgeous outdoor gallery featuring area artists.

Through community financial support we did this in 2020 in the Peoria Viaduct and the community loves it, along with visitors.

Our goal is to raise the funds by September 1, 2022.
