We’re Headed to the World Championship — And We Need Your Help
We are Team #23392 — The Viking Innovators, a middle-school robotics team from Rochester, Michigan, and we’ve just been invited to compete at the FIRST® Tech Challenge World Championship in Houston, April 2026.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a group of passionate 6th, 7th, and 8th graders to represent our community on the global stage.
Every year, we design, engineer, build, and program a competition robot from scratch. Through robotics, we’re not just learning STEM — we’re learning problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and how to turn ideas into real-world innovation.
Behind us stands a dedicated team of volunteer mentors from engineering, technology, and business fields who invest their time daily to guide us and inspire us.
But getting to Worlds takes more than talent — it takes support.
Travel, registration, lodging, and equipment costs add up quickly, and that’s where you come in.
When you support us, you’re investing in the next generation of innovators. Help us bring Rochester to the world stage.
Your donation directly helps students gain hands-on experience that shapes future engineers, innovators, and leaders.
