All of my front teeth are loose and need to be replaced. I have no dental insurance or monies to replace my front teeth please if you can help me I will pay it forward. I went to the dentist today,,not good news, dentist said I only have three good top teeth, he recomends pulling all my top teeth out and going with a top denture,  I was afraid of that. dont have much of a choice.
