Charlie Brooks Final Curtain Call

My father Charlie Brooks has been battling cancer for a few years now. On October 12, 2015 he was taken to UW hospital in Madison Wisconsin with cheats pains. To my suprise there was much more going on then just chest pains. After test results came back we found out his liver and kidneys were shutting down. He also had a bacterial infection in his stomach and blood. During his 15 day stay in the hospital doctors gave us the dreaded news, he was in the final stage of his cancer and there is nothing they can do but keep him comfortable. My father has entertained the masses with his voice over the years. We are now asking friends, family, fans, and anyone else touch by his story to donate what ever they can to help with final cost for my father.
